27th April
Long day, left Rob and Emma’s at 6 o clock sharp. Got to Euro tunnel early and left blighty at 12.20. Train took 30 mins and then we hot- footed it to Saint Omer, about 40 kilometres away. Camp site was lovely, ace had a field to himself. The tent went up without a hitch and all was well.
